I suppose there is agreement between authorities and the media to avoid drawing attention to these "incidents". Anyway, my theory could be incorrect - the person might have been pushed or shot off the bridge, or drowned some other way. Suicide is just the most obvious conclusion, I guess. If it is reported (for example - delayed trains) it always called "an incident". Great post and pics.
