I think he looks cute, but if you show a photo and he comes back looking nothing like it (and probably charged you a zillion bucks) you should say something!! I think he looks really cute though!! reminds me of when I got my old dog cut.. she was a poodle crossed with a terrior (same sorta coat as your dog!) and mum said don't cut her like a poodle.. she came home with the full blown poodle cut and ribbons on her ears! it was funny though :D did you go back there and complain?!?!
