I seem to recall a much earlier attempt at microwave chocolate cake cooking that did not turn out as well. If only Patmos could see you now!

Guys – I tried this today with a mashed up banana and walnuts. Zapped it for an extra 30 seconds, and it was BLISS. Really tasty and moist.

Ovens are SO five minutes ago. Hooray for microwaveable cake!

Oh god, as soon as I saw this recipe, I tried it immediately. I ended up making enough mug cake for my parents, brother and myself! Next time, I think I need to add a bit more milk (mine was a little dry), and maybe add some little extras. We’re unfortunately right out of baking ingredients.
