Oye Modern

I get pretty excited whenever I receive my email from Missy Confidential, alerting me to the latest sales in my city. I tend not to go out of my way to go to the physical stores, but their online sales section makes me weak at the knees. See, I wasn’t kidding when I said that online shopping has changed my life!
Today’s edition introduced me to a jewellery store that I hadn’t seen before - Oye Modern. It features pieces from emerging and independent designers, and a lot of their stuff is fun and quirky.
Love these headphone pieces, especially!
Headphone Ring, Darkcloud Silver – also available in a pendant.
The more I dig around this site, the better it gets. Here are a few more of my favs:
Cute, right? I usually wear classic (boring) pieces, but these really appeal to me.
Right now they’re offering free worldwide shipping, for a limited time.

Some of the rings on that website are truly amazing. Beautiful design but not overly feminine, which is something I am always looking for.
Exactly!
I love classic design – in everything from jewellery to furniture – but there are days when you just need to stop taking yourself so seriously.
I’m starting to be a little braver in that department, I think it began with the flashy red heels I bought myself last week!
I think I like this range of jewellery so much because it’s clearly very well made. There’s nothing cheap about it.
Precisely. It is so important when buying a statement piece that will undoubtedly stand out that it is dignified.
My absolute favourite piece in earrings that a close friend bought me made from Scrabble tiles. They are both A for Adele and at first I was a little hesitant to wear them. I then realised just how unique they are and I get positive comments every time I wear them without fail.
Please keep posting any finds you make!
